Prawn Cocktail Salad

You Will Need:

  • 120g of tomato ketchup.
  • 110g of mayonnaise.
  • ¼tsp of paprika.
  • 5ml of Worcestershire sauce.
  • 15ml of lemon juice.
  • Salt and black pepper to taste.
  • 150g of cooked cold water (small) prawns.
  • 150g of cooked king prawns.
  • A bunch of your homegrown freshly cut salad bowl lettuce leaves.
  • 3-4 spring onion finely sliced.

How To Make:

In a bowl mix together the tomato ketchup and mayonnaise, stir in the paprika, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add the prawns and mix through to cover. For best results refrigerate for ½ hour.

In a bowl add your freshly cut homegrown salad bowl lettuce leaves and sliced spring onions, top with the sauce-covered prawns, a dusting of paprika and enjoy!
