Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. Heat some olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and pour the basil pesto over it. Toss until the pasta and shrimp are well coated. Serve hot, garnish with grated parmesan cheese, fresh basil leaves and enjoy!
